Pippsino is a member-driven social enterprise platform that supports
nonprofit organizations through community participation.
Users may:
- create accounts
- explore nonprofit organizations
- participate in platform activities
Pippsino may also conduct free promotional prize events, which are
governed by separate Monthly Event Official Rules.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
By using Pippsino, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- mantain account security
- accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Optional Subscriptions
Pippsino offers optional subscriptions that support the platform’s mission.
Subscriptions:
- are voluntary
- provide platform-related features
- not provide entries into promotional events
- not improve odds of winning
Participation in promotional prize events is always free.

Nonprofit Directory
Pippsino maintains a directory of nonprofit organizations that have voluntarily registered.
Pippsino does not guarantee the accuracy of all information submitted by organizations.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the platform unlawfully
- interfere with platform operations
- use bots or automation
- attempt unauthorized access
Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.
Platform Changes
Pippsino may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology are owned by ELABRIX, LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELABRIX, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through
binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Arbitration will occur in Wyoming
- Disputes must be brought individually
- Class actions are waived

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
