A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Pippsino is an online game which offers participants the ability to play for entertainment. Participants are given automatic entry into the sweepstakes. The game is completely random and there is no amount of skill involved.

  1. The prize: The prize amounts and number of prizes for each monthly sweepstakes will be posted on the Pippsino website. The maximum a prize can be is $500.00 and will be paid out in one lump sum. The prizes are nontransferable. All prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  2. Selection of winners: Winners will be determined by random. There is no skill involved. Winners must agree to the use of their names, voices, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  3. Odds of winning: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes, and the number of prizes available for that month. This information will be posted on the website.
  4. Notification of winners: Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email. If not by email than by phone or mail, if applicable. An email will be sent to the winner within one week after the monthly selection. All decisions are final and binding. Should the email be returned to the Sponsor as invalid, two more attempts will be made via email and one by regular mail, if applicable. Winners must contact the Sponsor within 5 calendar days from the date the notification is sent by Sponsor to claim their prize. Failure to contact Sponsor within that 5-day period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the Pippsino game and submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules.
  2. A person who participates in the Sweepstakes by creating an account and entering the game is a Participant.
  3. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.
  4. Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify Sweepstakes in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sweepstakes will begin on the first day of every month and will end on the last day of every month. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the sweepstakes, if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.
  5. Eligibility
    1. This sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
    2. Employees of ELABRIX, LLC and any of its subsidiaries or holding companies are not eligible to participate.
  6. Sponser/Promoter
    The Sponsor/Promoter of this Sweepstakes is ELABRIX, LLC.
  7. HOW TO ENTER. To participate, you must have a current Pippsino account. If you do not have an account, you can create one at https://pippsino.com. Once you have created an account, there are two potential ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
    1. Receive automatic entry via participation in the Pippsino game.
    2. Receive entry by sending a request by post. Participants can receive a free entry by sending a standard post card or piece of white paper (Request Card) which must be 4” x 6”, unfolded, blank and unlined and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed in handwriting to the following address and satisfying the requirements set out below:

      2. Handwrite the following on only one side of the Request Card:
        - Your full name as shown on government issued identification
        - Your complete address
        - Valid email address
        - Valid telephone number
        - The words “I wish to receive a free entry to participate in the sweepstakes offered by ELABRIX, LLC. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Sweepstake Rules.”
      3. There is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope. For each Request Card a Participant submits in accordance with the above requirements, the Participant will receive 1 entry. NOTE: A Participant must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If the Participant’s handwriting is not legible, the entry will be void and the entry will not be credited to the Participant’s Account. The legibility of a Participant’s handwriting shall be determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion. THE REQUEST MUST ONLY BE MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT AND MUST BE POSTED FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE PARTICIPANT’S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. Requests made by any other individual or any entity (including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services) or posted from a State or Province different to the Participant’s verified residential address will be declared invalid and entry will not be credited to the Participant’s Account. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the request/entry process, is prohibited and any requests/entries deemed by Sponsor/Promoter, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a request or whether a request satisfies the requirements set out above cannot be resolved to Sponsor/Promoter’s satisfaction, the affected request/entry will be deemed ineligible.
      4. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected requests or allocations.
  8. Limitations on Entries. Limit of one entry per person per email address per 24 hours. An entry is equivalent to a single Game Token or Gold-Pipp for entering or reentering the Pippsino game during the Entry Rounds. Entries for persons who are currently participating in a game and are not eliminated will not be excepted. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
  9. Other conditions. Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
  10. Indemnification. You agree to release and hold Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
  11. Notification. Any member of the public can request for a copy of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions, and/or a list of the winners by mailing said request to the above address at no cost to the requestor. Return postage is not required from an individual requesting such mateial.
