The Pippsino Monthly Event is a free promotional prize event.
Winners are selected entirely through random selection.
No skill, strategy, or gameplay ability influences the outcome.

This presentation is for entertainment purposes only and does not affect the random selection process.
This event is not gambling and does not involve wagering or payment for a chance to win.
Participation is subject to the Pippsino Terms of Use.
2. Event Period
Each event begins on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of the calendar month.
3. Eligibility
Open only to:.
- legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia
- age 18 or older
Void where prohibited.
Employees of ELABRIX, LLC are not eligible.
4. How to Participate
Participants must create a Pippsino account:

Participation is free.
Participants may receive entries through participation on the Pippsino platform.
Subscriptions are optional and do not impact entries or odds of winning.
5. Entry Limits
Limit one entry per person per email, unless otherwise specified.
Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited.
6. Prizes
Prize amounts and quantities will be posted on the Pippsino website.
- Prizes are non-transferable
- No substitutions except at Sponsor discretion
- Winners are responsible for taxes
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on:
- number of eligible entries
- number of prizes available
8. Winner Selection
Winners are selected through a random selection process.
No skill or action by participants influences the outcome.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within approximately one week.
Winners must respond within 7 days.
Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.
10. Sponsor Decisions
All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
11. Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- technical failures
- lost or misdirected entries
- system errors
Sponsor may modify or cancel the event if integrity is compromised.
12. Release
Participants release ELABRIX, LLC from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
13. Disputes and Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA) in Wyoming.
Participants waive:
- class actions
- jury trials
Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket losses.
14. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Wyoming.
